Architectural Features of the Rio Santiago Senior Housing and the YMCA
In keeping with the rural environment, particular attention has been paid to the architectural design of buildings to be constructed on the Rio Santiago property. This includes not only the Senior Housing structures, but also the proposed YMCA and any other buildings. The Coalition Group expressed their concern to have very rustic and rural architectural designs used. Exhibit 9 shows the rural/rustic architecture for the Senior Living Community. Exhibit 10 shows the ranch-style architecture of the proposed YMCA of Orange building.
